As Partner with Foundry Commercial in Nashville, Melissa Alexander closed on 1.2 million square feet of space and 110 acres of land across 17 transactions during the past year. Also during the past year, she tripled her tenant rep business. One notable transaction included leasing a 120,000-square-foot building at Nashville’s 2 Dell Parkway to Amazon, which once housed Dell’s original computer assembly operation.
She joined Foundry in 2017 and launched her tenant rep practice from scratch. During her career, Alexander has taken part in transactions in 20-plus states and globally. She received her SIOR designation in 2022.
