As Vice Chair, Principal with Colliers Atlanta, Will Mathews is primarily responsible for procuring and executing institutional multifamily investment sale transactions throughout the United States. During 2022, he closed 55 transactions totaling $1.44 billion.
Notable transactions in 2022 included the 500-unit Madison at Adams Farm (Greensboro, NC); the 680-unit Residences at Vinings Mountain (Atlanta); the 250-unit Whitley (Central, SC); and the 35-unit Trails at Short Pump, 212-unit Park West End and 307-unit Livingston Apartment Flats, all in Richmond, VA.
Mathews specializes in institutional and private capital multifamily sales and the placement of equity and debt capital. Since 2012, he has assisted with the sale of over 65,000 apartment units totaling $7.5 billion. Mathews sits on the Colliers U.S. Capital Markets Board as an advisor.
