EVP Blaine Kelley and recently promoted first VP Chris Dempsey are members of CBRE’s Ports and Integrated Logistics Practice. They are two of the most prolific and well-respected industrial brokers in the Southeast and their client list is vast. Some of their largest deals completed in 2022 included a 600,000-square-foot lease in Union City, GA and a 554,000-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse in Morton, IL.
