Based in Winston-Salem, NC, William Woltz is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In his position, he leads a team of senior brokers who manage multi-market corporate accounts across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. During 2022, Woltz’s team closed 46 lease transactions totaling just over 5 million square feet.
Notable leases included 1.3 million square feet at an Inland Empire, CA industrial facility and leases totaling more than 1.7 billion square feet in North Carolina’s Triad area. Woltz and his team also handled Inmar Intelligence’s 314,000-square-foot lease at an Indianapolis, IN facility.
In addition to leasing activity, the Woltz team also handles property sales with several of the multi-market corporate accounts they manage.
