Notable transactions in 2022 included the 627-unit Ardmore Cates Creek (Raleigh, NC) and King’s Grant (Charlotte, NC) and the 276-unit Elan Powers Ferry (Atlanta). The team also closed the NOVO Maudlin in Greenville, SC for $81.5 million and the Mandalay Villas in Atlanta, also for $81.5 million.
