Notable deals included the sale of power centers like River Trace (Gadsden, AL), Cox Creek (Florence, AL), Canton Exchange (Atlanta MSA), Triangle Crossing (Starkville, MS) and Pooler Pointe (Savannah, GA).
The team obtained premium pricing for these secondary assets, surpassing pre-pandemic pricing by 75 to 100 basis points. Additionally, Joines and Fleming pushed the assets across the closing table before most of the interest rates hikes occurred.
