Successfully completed 1031 exchanges for clients moving capital

Since joining Horvath & Tremblay in 2018, Vice President William Peck has developed a strong track record in the New Hampshire multifamily market. In less than five years, Peck completed a number of significant transactions, while also proving to be an excellent resource for both his clients and for the junior brokers at Horvath & Tremblay.

Peck recently completed the sale of the Western New Hampshire Portfolio, an 81-unit portfolio located across Hinsdale, Winchester and Keene, NH. Additionally, Peck worked with Horvath & Tremblay’s 1031 Team to help the seller complete a 1031 exchange into a long-term, NNN-leased property.

Other notable transactions include the Mechanic Street Portfolio, a 31-unit portfolio in Downtown Manchester; the Kennard Road Portfolio, an 87-unit portfolio in Manchester; the Rosewood Apartments, a 42-unit apartment community in Salem; the Elaine Street Portfolio, a 41-unit portfolio in Hampton; the Nashua Portfolio, a 29-unit portfolio in Downtown Nashua; and 144 Lake Avenue, a 21-unit brick building in Manchester.

Peck has an excellent ability to intelligently position assets and match them to the appropriate investors. Most importantly, he has developed an excellent reputation by fostering long-term relationships and putting his clients’ needs over any individual transaction.

Peck’s success and experience have led him to be an excellent resource for junior brokers at Horvath & Tremblay. They frequently look to him for advice as they begin their own brokerage careers.

These are just a few reasons we chose William Peck as one of Connect CRE Boston & New England’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
