Luigi Lessa
Closed more than 1 million square feet since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2019
Earned two of the firm's most prestigious awards for his accomplishments
Luigi Lessa, an Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, represents private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial & office properties throughout Northeastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
In 2019, Lessa joined The Klein Group at Marcus & Millichap, led by Harrison Klein, with the long-term vision of adding value to clients by specializing in a historically underrepresented product type. Currently, the group has seven members covering the New England Market. Since 2020, he has closed over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial & office assets, totaling over $80 million in dollar volume. In 2021, Lessa earned two of the firm’s most prestigious awards for his early-career accomplishments.
Lessa began his career at Marcus & Millichap through its SIP Program. Just months into beginning his career, the pandemic began. Luigi quickly learned to adapt to the challenges of launching his career remotely and still found a way to take five exclusive listings for over $20,000,000 in his first calendar year with the firm.
Challenging times have taught Lessa the importance of staying true to his personal values and remaining focused on the things that matter most. That has meant focusing on building relationships, delivering exceptional service and contributing to the significant growth of his team in three short years. By fostering a culture of collaboration, leveraging their teams’ strengths, and delivering remarkable results for their clients, Lessa and The Klein Group of Marcus & Millichap have demonstrated an ability to capitalize on considerable market headwinds through the early part of his career.
Lessa attended Boston University and graduated with a focus in Business Administration & Philosophy. At Boston University, he was a member of the Real Estate Club, which allowed him to network with industry leaders. Outside of real estate, Lessa devotes his free time to the Dante Alighieri Society of Massachusetts, a non-profit organization that promotes and fosters the Italian language and culture by helping develop an appreciation of Italian achievements in the arts, literature, science, and industry.
These are just a few reasons we chose Luigi Lessa as one of Connect CRE Boston & New England’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
