Kevin McNamara

Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Kevin McNamara is a suburban Greater Boston expert who specializes in providing brokerage transaction and strategic consulting services for Boston-based global portfolio companies. He also advises and represents a handful of some of the largest suburban landlords. Twice nominated for the Commercial Brokers Association Rising Star of the Year award, McNamara has excelled and outperformed in providing exceptional service to all clients around the world.

McNamara was the lead professional in procuring a Fortune 500 company’s 13-million-square-foot global real estate portfolio.  He leads transaction and portfolio management for the account across 200 locations and 32 countries, having completed one million square feet of transactions in 2022.

McNamara also assists local tenants and landlords with executing their real estate strategies.  Since the beginning of the pandemic, he has been part of more than 200 individual transactions local to Greater Boston. He also works closely with colleagues to help manage, motivate and mentor the seven-person team of which he is a member.

A graduate of Colgate University, he was a two-time captain of the Men’s Ice Hockey team and founded a non-profit organization called Goals for Good. The platform raised money for various causes in the Northeast by way of wins and goals scored in the Eastern College Athletic Conference.

He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders and the Colgate Club of Boston and has also served as a NAIOP Bus Tour Leader. Currently he is associated with Yawkey Family Inn and was also active with the Travis Roy Foundation.
