Brooke Cote
Focuses on the life-science sector
Helps run Women in Bio, serves as the events chair for Women in Pharma
As Timberline Construction’s Director of Business Development, Brooke Cote combines her passions of science and real estate, specifically focusing on the life-science sector. She entered the real estate world at age 23, receiving her residential real estate license and buying her first condo at age 24.
These days, she is immersed in Boston’s biotech community, where she helps run Women in Bio and is the events chair of Women in Pharma so she can foster the development of other women in the field. Though not a doctor herself, Cote scrubbed in for multiple surgeries in Boston hospitals while working for a spine implant distributor.
Cote is in the process of launching Smoke Show Golf Company, which will provide women with fun, festive golf attire. She founded the company to help women to learn and play golf. Ten percent of all proceeds will be donated to a local foundation, The Ron Burton Training Village Women in STEM program. As a result, this company will also benefit the scientific community.
These are just a few reasons we chose Brook Cote as one of Connect CRE Boston & New England’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
