Appointed to Director of Brokerage in 2022, oversees the state's brokerage and business operations
Long-time volunteer with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission
In June 2022, Venessa McEvoy was appointed to the role of Cushman & Wakefield’s Director of Brokerage, stepping into a critical new position for the company’s Nevada market. Based in Las Vegas, McEvoy oversees the brokerage and business operations throughout the state, including the firm’s offices in Las Vegas and Reno.
McEvoy joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as the firm’s Nevada Operations Director. Known for her vision and business planning acumen, she has partnered with fee earners to develop revenue growth strategies and has guided support staff to streamline operations and processes within the organization. This combined approach resulted in exponential growth and remarkable market share gains for the firm in Nevada.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, McEvoy served as Director of Marketing for a national consumer company. She also worked with real estate developer, Harsch Investment Properties, and was instrumental with creating operational models and strategic objectives.
McEvoy is an active supporter of the local community, with a passion for improving the lives of children in underserved communities. She has been a long-time volunteer with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, supporting food drives, donation collection and assisting in the kitchen.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Venessa McEvoy as one of Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
