As Principal with Avison Young’s Denver office, Dawn McCombs brings extensive commercial real estate and construction management experience and is consistently a top producer for the firm. Armed with a background in construction and engineering, McCombs specializes in industrial real estate, where she handles investment sales, tenant representation in leasing, and development.

She represents a diverse range of owner/occupiers, developers, and investors with a client base ranging from small local businesses, regional companies, national firms, and large national investors. One notable transaction was a land acquisition for Elevation25; McCombs’ team also oversees leasing activities for the speculative industrial development.

McCombs’ year-to-date (2022) volume encompasses 341,337 square feet across 19 transactions, at a deal volume of $46 million. Along with partner Kevin Hann, McCombs’ team was the top producer for Avison Young’s Denver office.  According to Marcy H. Moneypenny, Principal, Managing Director – Denver, Avison Young, McCombs has made being an industrial broker a non-gender issue. Moneypenny also noted McCombs’ attention to client communication.
