Oversees 21.2 million square feet across 160 properties throughout the state

Launched a taskforce in BOMA to address homelessness, mental health and addiction

As CBRE Denver’s Managing Director, Property Management, Judy Duran oversees 21.2 million square feet across more than 160 properties throughout Colorado. When COVID-19 first prompted mass building closures in March 2020, she rapidly implemented pandemic protocols to keep tenants and building staff safe.

Earlier this year, she launched a task force within BOMA’s Colorado chapter to address issues related to the homeless, mental health, addiction and vandalism.

Duran is also committed to team connectivity and development. One example is the Engagement Wednesday initiative, where each Wednesday a portion of Duran’s team is in the same office together. Training is provided during lunch hours.

CBRE honored Duran with a national Property Management Leadership Award earlier this year in recognition of how her contribution to CBRE’s Colorado growth.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Judy Duran as one of Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
