Lindsey Dulle came on board SVN Desert Commercial Advisors in April 2017, joining Rommie Mojahed’s retail team as an associate advisor/marketing assistant. Promoted to the position of Commercial Real Estate Advisor in 2021, Dulle now focuses on retail sales, leasing and development throughout the Southeast Valley. Continuing in her role as a marketing assistant while brokering deals, Dulle is a quintessential part of the Southeast Valley team.

Some of the transactions Dulle spearheaded include the sale of two locations for the AquaSafe Swim School for a combined total of $4.66 million and the sale of Shops at Superstition Springs for $5.2 million. She is also involved with active listings to lease Queen Creek Crossing in Queen Creek, AZ and a retail pad at Ellsworth and Pecos.

Her commitment to her craft, team and SVN is unparalleled. There is no question that Dulle is an up-and-coming female star in the Commercial Real Estate world.
