In her position as Director of Project Management with Raise Commercial Real Estate’s Denver office, Tracy Lopez takes time to connect clients, designers, and contractors to create truly meaningful relationships. This allows her to have more honest and direct conversations and build trust among the teams.
Lopez decided to leave the previous position she’d held for 17 years at another organization to start her own firm. Within a year, Lopez was in conversations with Raise, eventually being hired to lead the Denver Project Management Team.
She brings proven industry expertise and success to her work and approaches each new client and challenge with enthusiasm as well as critical knowledge to ensure a successful project and delightful experience. Lopez has responded with reliability to the personal and professional challenges she’s faced. Being a woman in CRE can be challenging, but Lopez thrives on being at the table and making changes for Raise’s clients and her organization through her integrity and voice.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Tracy Lopez as one of Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
