Courtney Crowder
Transacted more than 27,000 multifamily units valued at nearly $5 billion through her career
Actively involved in mentorship and volunteer programs through NAIOP and University of Colorado
Courtney Crowder serves as Managing Director in Newmark’s Denver office. In that role, she is responsible for the marketing and sales of multifamily assets across Colorado.
Crowder brings to Newmark over 14 years’ experience in the real estate investment industry, with more than a decade specializing in multifamily assets. Over the course of her career, Crowder has transacted over 27,000 multifamily units totaling nearly $5 billion.
Early this year, Crowder was selected as one of 10 individuals in the U.S. to join the NMHC’s Emerging Leaders committee for a three-year term. Crowder is also involved in various mentorship and volunteer programs. Most recently, Crowder served as the Developer Advisor for the winning team in NAIOP’s Spring 2021 Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge. She has also participated in the University of Colorado Real Estate Program’s Internship & Placement Committee as well as CU’s Mentorship Program.
