Launched first FHA program in previous job, becoming Utah's first and only Chief FHA underwriter

Established Hudson Realty's FHA program

In her role as Managing Director and Chief FHA/MAP Underwriter for Hudson Realty Capital’s Salt Lake City office, Mandi Hackett evaluates loan applications for FHA (Federal Housing Administration)  approved mortgages. This architectural review and cost reviews, along with management mortgage credit analyses.

The Salt Lake City native was the daughter of a loan originator, and she joined her father at Bonneville Real Estate Capital while finishing her undergraduate degree.

She established Bonneville’s first FHA program in 2009, building it from the ground up and becoming the first and only Chief FHA Underwriter in the entire state of Utah. She underwrote hundreds of millions of dollars in applications while also closing more than $250 million in FHA Apartment Loans during her Bonneville tenure. Upon joining Hudson Realty in 2021, Hackett established the company’s FHA program.
