Deana Marcello serves as an Executive Vice President and is responsible for securing some of the largest sale and lease transactions at Logic Commercial Real Estate. She focuses on the stabilization and disposition of assets and implementing strategic planning to maximize value for her clients.

Marcello is a partner of the Malan Marcello Retail & Investment Advisors, the top performing team at Logic Commercial Real Estate. The team represented sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in the Las Vegas Valley and nine other states.

Accolades received include CoStar’s Retail CoStar Power Broker, NAIOP of Southern Nevada’s Retail Broker of the Year, Crexi’s Platinum Broker and Vegas Inc. Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year. She is an active member of the ICSC and the CRE Financial Council and is regularly asked to speak and serve on panels at SIOR Community Luncheons.

A graduate of the NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute, Marcello serves as the DLI Committee Chair, encouraging new developing leaders. She is active in the community, working with Project Marilyn and raising funds for the ResearcHERS campaign to support the American Cancer Society.
