Nancy Erickson joined Colliers in January 2016 as Executive Managing Director, Retail Services, bringing more than 30 years of national experience to her job. Her focus is on tenant representation and commercial leasing, and her job involves skills including expert master brokering, handling hundreds of store rollouts, lease negotiations, lease restructuring, market recommendations (rent restructuring), and disposition sites. She has also worked in-house, handling real estate services for clients during start-ups or transitions.

Erickson has worked with retail landlords and tenants like Benihana, Speedway, AT&T, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Madison Reed, IHOP and Kiddie Academy. She is well respected in the industry for her strong work ethic and perseverance, regardless of project size. She has outstanding long-term relationships with landlord developers, Retailers and Brokers who appreciate her confident yet easy-going style.

Erickson has held a chair position on Colliers’ national retail leadership regional board since joining the firm. She is one of Colliers’ highest-earning retail brokers and has been a CoStar Top Performer for more than five years.
