Lori Schneider

Lori Schneider of the Marcus & Millichap Fort Lauderdale office is Executive Managing Director Investments, the first woman to reach this title in the history of the firm. 

She specializes in the sale of single-tenant, net-lease properties and shopping centers throughout the United States, successfully closing the largest retail transaction in the firm’s history. In more than two decades with the firm, she has established a reputation as one of Marcus & Millichap’s top-ranking, highest-producing agents. During 2021, she generated $80.7 million in total sales volume.

Schneider is a resource for multiple trade publications and well-respected media outlets. She is a frequent moderator and panelist at industry events and acts as a mentor to young women entering the field. Schneider currently serves as an ISCS Ambassador on the planning committee for the organization’s national conferences.

Schneider also impacts countless lives through charitable work. She is a lifetime member of the Organization of Rehabilitation Through Training. She is also a member of the Broward Chapter of 100+ Women Who Care and is a sponsor to two children in boarding school abroad, as well as serving as a member of several college boards.

Schneider’s indomitable ability to support those around her by inspiring and empowering others, and the way she cultivates interpersonal relationships with her altruistic nature and sage advice, makes her a truly influential businesswoman.
