As Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s Chief Marketing Officer, Diana Pubchara manages all marketing, branding, communications and business development efforts on behalf of the firm and its clients. She also oversees Blanca’s market research strategies, while implementing new technologies to aggregate and expand data, while streamline internal marketing and research processes.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Pubchara elevated the firm’s brand, and established a marketing research team and strategies that helped facilitate new business opportunities. In 2019, she launched the firm’s tenant services practice area to increase tenant retention and loyalty.
Pubchara previously was Chief Marketing Officer with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, where she grew revenue, drove membership engagement and forged relationships with key regional stakeholders and organizations.
On the community level, she chaired the Women’s Leadership Council for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, was a member of the Women’s Leadership Council for United Way of Miami-Dade, and served as the Taskforce Chair of the Real Estate Committee for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Pubchara has been honored with the Apex Society Power 30 under 30 Award and the HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Engage) Go Getter Award.

I love content. I love writing it, visualizing it, and manipulating it to fit into different formats. I have years of experience in working with content, both as creator and editor. The content I create and edit provides assistance with many goals, ranging from lead generation, to developing street cred through well-timed thought-leadership pieces. Content skills include, but aren't limited to, articles and blogs, e-mails, promotional collateral, infographics, e-books and white papers, website copy and more.
