Monica Wonus
Lead a team that closed 105 transactions across 13.5 million square feet in 2021
Recognized as CBRE's highest-producing female broker in Florida
As a Senior Vice President with CBRE Industrial & Logistics in Orlando, Monica Wonus partners with David Murphy to lead a team of four who provide innovative solutions for real estate investors, developers, landlords and occupiers. She is a recognized industrial expert, with more than 17 years of finance and brokerage experience in Central Florida.
In 2021, the team completed more than 105 transactions totaling 13.5 million square feet of space sold or leased, at a $1.35 billion sales volume. Wonus has been recognized as CBRE’s highest producing female broker in the state of Florida across all asset classes.
According to her partner, Wonus’ work ethic, persistence, market knowledge and overall competency are one thing. Just as important are her empathy and ability to understand the client’s underlying motivations in each transaction. This allows her to help her clients focus on what matters, then develop results that exceed expectations. The result is a ferociously loyal client base and a national reputation as one of the best industrial brokers in the country.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Monica Wonus as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast’s 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
