Assembled tools to provide real-time, actional insights

Committed to empowering other women in real estate, appointing female leads to Cresa positions

Tricia Trester, Head of Client Solutions at Cresa, is recognized for her egalitarian leadership style and commitment to mentorship.

In a time during which both the real estate and world are confronted with uncertainty, Trester is adaptable, identifying creative solutions to help clients make their portfolios more resilient.

She also consistently seeks ways to create a competitive edge for her team and clients. Knowing her clients’ need for information is immediate, Trester has assembled a suite of best-in-class tools that provide real-time, actionable insights that minimize the need for costly, time-intensive consulting engagements. This has allowed her team to be more agile, responding to clients requests for information quickly to drive consensus and facilitate decision-making.

Additionally, she has been a strong advocate for changing the perception of flex space solutions. She encourages her team and clients to view flex space as a critical component of a long-term portfolio strategy, not simply a tactical response to changing headcount.

Trester is committed to empowering other women in real estate. After joining Cresa, Tricia appointed four female leads to the Client Solutions team, where their specialties span marketing, account management, portfolio analytics and business operations.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Tricia Trester as one of the Chicago & Midwest’s 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
