Susan Bergdoll

A longtime veteran of Duke Realty Corporation, Susan Bergdoll serves as the company’s Regional Senior Vice President.
Bergdoll got her start with Duke Realty in 1997, starting with the company’s marketing department. From there, she joined the industrial leasing team in Indianapolis. After eight years, she transferred to the Chicago area to help expand the company’s presence there.
She rose through the ranks of Duke Realty, both because of a strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills. One of the top-producing women in the industry, Bergdoll is also a thought leader who has presented on multiple industry panels.
Bergdoll is one of the founding members of the Indianapolis CREW and has been a member of CREW Chicago since 2007.
