Maintains commitments to charitable work and philanthropic endeavors.
As Cushman & Wakefied Director, Lexis Livengood brings 20 years of extensive client relationship management with a key emphasis in strategic planning, business development and market expansion.
She is well-versed with the development and implementation of strategic long-term planning, demographic analysis and financial structuring. Livengood is excellent in negotiations and conflict resolution and is an important asset in this part of the real estate process. Her tenure with the business community, including the technology and financial sectors, has given her a wealth of knowledge to craft real estate solutions for commercial tenants.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Livengood served as the Executive Director of Corporate Relations for the U.S. Chamber Of Commerce. In that role, she built strong relationships with key corporate business leaders, educating them on the Chamber’s mission to fight for business and free enterprise before Congress, the White House, regulatory agencies, the courts, the court of public opinion and governments around the world. Livengood also worked for Xcapital Inc.
Her charitable work and philanthropic commitments to many organizations are a true testament to the putting others first mentality that Livengood lives by.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Lexis Livengood as one of the Chicago & Midwest’s 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
