Armed with 20 years of experience in property management and leasing, Millbrook Real Estate Company President Jen Sweeney is responsible for consistent delivery of the company’s management services throughout its three-million-square-foot portfolio. She is also responsible for employee management, recruiting and training of more than 30 engineers and property management professionals.

She previously held the position of Millbrook’s Executive Director of Property Management, and also was employed by JLL. Throughout her real estate career, Sweeney successfully managed more than $80 million worth of tenant and capital improvement projects. She is also skilled in due diligence acquisition, asset management and lease negotiation.

Sweeney is fair to all employees and a mentor to everyone, with an always open-door policy. She took genuine care of all employees and their families during COVID-19. She also serves as current president of The Goldie Initiative, which provides scholarships to women who want to obtain a master’s degree in real estate.
