Specializes in transaction management for corporate clients

Volunteers extensively with the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, helped lead organization's Ohio expansion

As Hanna Commercial Real Estate’s Vice President, Julie Sabroff specializes in transaction management for corporate clients. These include global portfolio management, strategic consulting, site selection, property acquisitions and dispositions.

Sabroff also focuses on tenant representation and advisory services for local and regional clients throughout Northeast Ohio. Additionally, she is focused on significant transactions internationally, in the United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates.

During her more than 25 years in business, she has worked with many companies in professional and financial services, consumer products and manufacturing. Before joining Hanna Commercial in 2011, Sabroff served in leadership, credit and business development roles at PNC Bank (formerly National City Bank).

One of the community organizations Sabroff works with is the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center; for years she served as the organization’s board member, volunteer and fundraiser. She led the non-profit’s office expansion through Northeast Ohio and identified and negotiated a lease for the center’s first drop-in center for victims of human trafficking.

Sabroff serves as the principal soloist with B ‘Nai Jeshurun Synagogue’s High Holiday Choir, donating her fees back to this religious institution for performing this work. Other organizations she has worked with include FutureHeights and New Life at Calvary.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Julie Sabroff as one of the Chicago & Midwest’s 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
