Tanya Brownrigg is Newmark’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) East Region Leader. She is responsible for account strategy, operations, people and exceptional client service. To that end, she oversees key performance indicators that measure transaction management, lease administration, project management, facilities management, technology and innovation for GCS services in her region. Brownrigg has proven success in developing strong partnerships, leading and motivating cross-functional global teams, and focusing on process development and implementation.
Brownrigg has over 15 years of experience leading corporate real estate and technology teams with large international manufacturing companies, regional healthcare systems and national insurance and legal firms. She has supported client initiatives including M&A portfolio analysis and consolidation, enterprise database technology migration, first generation outsourcing projects and development of integrated provider solutions.
With exceptional abilities in client relationship development, working as an account executive for global clients, Brownrigg has partnered with top industry professionals facilitating collaborative solutions and delivering outstanding service.
Brownrigg earned a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from CoreNet Global.
