Laurie Ann Drinkwater
Successfully guided sales of multi-tenant shopping centers recovering from the quarantine
Closed more than $250 million in real estate transactions within the past year
As Marcus & Millichap’s Senior Vice President, Investments, Laurie Ann Drinkwater demonstrates an exceptional ability to help clients navigate through a volatile debt market. Over the past couple of years, she successfully guided the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers recovering from poor collections during the quarantine and office properties challenged post-pandemic space need uncertainties. Through it all, Drinkwater continues to achieve peak pricing for single-tenant retail properties, despite ever-increasing interest rates.
Drinkwater has 30 years in the industry. Within the past year alone, she closed more than $250 million in real estate transactions. She never gives up on a deal. She consistently finds ways to keep both parties focused on executing, operating with a long-term mindset on each deal and each unique client.
Drinkwater has a degree in business management and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Laurie Ann Drinkwater as one of the Boston & New England 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
