Molly Heath
Special focus on technology and life sciences sector
Mentors and trains new experts to support the industry's growth
There isn’t an inch of the Greater Boston Life Sciences market that JLL Managing Director Molly Heath hasn’t studied and memorized. A member of Cambridge Team in Boston within JLL’s Leasing practice, Heath brings 21 years of experience and a special focus in the technology and life sciences sectors in the Cambridge, Boston and Inner Suburban markets to her practice. She was also recently selected to join JLL’s National Leadership Council Advisory Board.
Heath’s ability to speak in detail to the transactions, market trends and changing landscape of Boston’s life sciences market demonstrates true expertise. She understands the motivations and drivers that influence every real estate decision a major life sciences company, investor or developer might consider, and she uses that to deliver a thoughtful and flawless strategy to every project.
Furthermore, she helps train and educate a new class of life sciences real estate experts to enable the successful growth and expansion of the industry nationally. Heath makes herself available as advisor to the younger team members to help them learn the market and how to execute the smallest deals to the largest ones.
Before joining JLL, Heath was at Trammell Crow Co. She also worked under former Boston Lieutenant Governor Thomas P. O’Neill III at O’Neill and Associates LLC, where she provided community relations services for local and national development firms.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Molly Heath as one of the Boston & New England 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
