Marcus & Millichap Senior Managing Director Stacey Gorman established and leads the top-performing Gorman Self-Storage Group of Marcus & Millichap. During 2021, the team sold 31 properties in the Southeast, totaling over $225 million in sales transactions. Transaction volume in 2022 is on track to be even stronger. Since 2016, Gorman’s team has helped Marcus & Millichap’s Self-Storage Division close in excess of $8.8 billion in transactions.
Gorman joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002. She has served as the President of the Georgia Self Storage Association and as President of the Tennessee Self Storage Association after helping to create the association. Today, members of the Gorman’s team serve on the boards of the Georgia and Tennessee State Self-Storage Associations.
Gorman’s team supports The Cool Girls, which is a group dedicated to self-empowerment of girls from second grade through college. As a leader in a male-dominated industry, Gorman remains passionate about supporting women in real estate.
