The Life Properties is the property management and construction management affiliate of Olive Tree Holdings, a mission-driven private investment company with a real estate focus. In her position as Vice President of marketing, Daphne Pruitt handles marketing tasks for 47 properties nationwide.

Since joining the company in 2019, Pruitt has built out the firm’s marketing department from herself to five team members across various functions.

With help from her decade-long experience in the multifamily industry, Pruitt focuses on managing corporate and portfolio-wide marketing and branding initiative for Olive Tree Holdings and its affiliates. These include brand concept development, strategic development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns, website development, online reputation management, marketing training, and analysis of trends and customer needs. She also manages and works on philanthropic events with The Life Properties and its partners.

Her prior jobs include positions with RADCO Residential and Aspen Square Management.
