Amy Carroll
Her innovations led to a 40% growth across two corporate divisions
Honored with the Triangle Business Journal 40 under 40 and Women in Business -- Leader in Finance awards
As President of TradeMark Properties, Amy Carroll focuses on the company’s core values of excellence, character, community, capability and creativity. The first non-family leader since TradeMark’s launch close to four decades ago, Carroll brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience, strong operational and organizational skills and a visionary approach to TradeMark’s current and future business model.
Her strategy innovations generated a 40% growth in two corporate divisions within three years. Additionally, Carroll re-engaged several long-tenured advisors, offering them and other retired professionals the ability to lead in their area of expertise, while maintaining a part-time schedule. Carroll re-instated a service line that had been closed for more than a decade, and today is a consistent revenue generator and bottom line contributor.
Prior to her TradeMark career, Carroll held positions at CBRE, Avison Young and Capital Associates, where she managed Class A office, retail and flex properties throughout the Raleigh and Triangle areas. She is involved in several industry organizations, having served as the past-president of BOMA Raleigh-Durham. She is a member of Triangle CREW, IREM and Broads, among other professional networking groups.
On the community level, Carroll is actively involved with organizations including Frankie Lemmon School, Produce Project, Me Fine Foundation, Dress for Success, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Wake SPCA and the No Woman, No Girl Initiative. She has been honored with the Triangle Business Journal 40 under 40 and Women in Business – Leader in Finance awards.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Amy Carroll as one of the Atlanta & Southeast 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
