John Carroll is a Metropolitan Statistical Area Advisor for Land Advisors Organization in Arizona. He joined the firm as an intern in 2012 and began working with the Tucson team. The team is primarily focused on master-planned communities, multifamily development and home building.

Carroll has been involved with the marketing and sales of a more than 70% market share of current and future (20,000+) residential lots across the Tucson metro area, representing Tucson’s top master-planned communities and largest homebuilders. Noteworthy projects include the sale of the 700-acre Verano master planned community to Sunbelt Holdings, development of the 1,800-lot Gladden Farms and the 4,000-lot Rocking K Diamond Ventures.

His leadership role on the team resulted from his creation of a tracking tool that relies on Land Advisors’ proprietary technology, and uses data analyzing the market’s active inventory. The information provided allows for real-time virtual mapping analysis on sites. The analysis can even be tweaked by modifying data based upon select factors, directed by the landowner or investor, to evaluate a site’s investment potential and risk in different scenarios. Carroll has also become an expert in drone videography.

Carroll regularly gives presentations to economic development associations, city leaders and developers, and is the 2014 CCIM Real Estate Land Forecast Competition Winner. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in marketing.

These are just a few reasons we chose Carroll as one of Phoenix/Southwest’s 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
