Mason Hezner, Brown Commercial Group’s Senior Broker, has 10 years of commercial brokerage experience and is a key contributor to the firm’s success in its decade-long expansion throughout Chicago’s industrial market. While the larger transactions receive a lot of attention, industrial transactions at 75,000 square feet and smaller are driving most of the activity in Chicago and across the country. Hezner has been successful in this area.
Hezner acts as a strategic advisor to clients on the intricacies of property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as tenant representation and lease negotiations. He works with industrial clients across various industries including light manufacturing, distribution and general industrial sectors.
During his career to date, he’s completed 363 transactions (283 leases and 80 property sales). During the past year, Hezner worked on behalf of Global eParcel Solutions in completing a five-year, 32,000-square-foot lease in a western Chicago suburb; spearheaded a three-building, 40,000-square-foot industrial portfolio sale in Elk Grove Village, IL and sold 680 Barclay Blvd. in Lincolnshire, IL, representing the seller in the transaction.
Some of his long-term clients include Clear Height Properties, where he is the leasing agent on a five-building, 183,588-square-foot portfolio; and representation of Orozco Trucking for various real estate transactions.
