Andrew Urban

Andrew Urban is a key member of Colliers Occupier Services team out of Indianapolis. In that role, he represents large corporate clients with global real estate portfolios, facilitating transactions and providing consulting services for assignments in more than 30 countries.

These projects are inherently complicated, requiring an understanding of other international business norms, transaction terms, languages, capital markets, construction methods and government protocols, while managing various consultants, advisors and stakeholders.

Urban is an outstanding ambassador in this sphere, bringing a blend of professionalism and knowledge. His vast network allows for different perspectives, while his openness to share and advocate is refreshing, acting as a catalyst for others to respond in kind.

He currently serves as President for the IN-OH-KY Chapter of CoreNet Global; in his prior role as programming chair, he pioneered new mediums for distance events and programming in the face of the pandemic. He’s active in Colliers’ Global Practices Group, specifically the Life Science Practice Group. He’s a frequent topic leader for key divisional meetings at the Colliers Indianapolis office, and has authored several white papers addressing commercial real estate trends.

Recognitions include the 2022 “Indy’s Best and Brightest Junior Achievement,” and runner-up in NAIOP’s Indy Top Office Broker Award 2020. His efforts to the Colliers Indianapolis Occupier Services team contributed toward its receipt of the Top Production Team Award.

In addition to earning his Bachelor Degree in Business Economics from Ohio University and an MBA from Purdue University, Urban holds the CCIM designation and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
