She was involved in nearly 40 investment transactions totaling over $6 billion in 2021; deals included Two Drydock, Boston, Cambridge Highlands Campus, One Investors Way, Norwood and the Northeast Logistics Portfolio among others.

Hallowell holds leadership positions in several local industry groups like Urban Land Institute (ULI), Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). She co-chairs the Boston Market Council at ULI, was a tri-chair on the Emerging Leaders Committee at REFA from 2019-2020 and is current treasurer and future 2024 President of the CBA. Hallowell is also a valued member of the CBA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.

These are just a few reasons we chose Hallowell as one of Boston/New England’s 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
