Specialization in tenant representation

Volunteer with the mentorship program BUILD

As Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Brooke Blue specializes in tenant representation, with a focus on finding creative and cost-effective real estate location and occupancy solutions for early and growth-stage technology companies in the Boston area. She is passionate about helping clients leverage their real estate decisions to contribute to their overall business performance and success.

As a former Division 1 college lacrosse player and two-time team captain at Boston College, Blue strives for performance excellence, understanding the power of teamwork to produce exemplary results. This mindset informs every aspect of her client service.  Her seemingly endless energy and drive impact everyone around her to approach their business with the same level of passion and enthusiasm.

Blue is also actively engaged with her community. She is a volunteer with BUILD, a mentorship program that helps underserved high school students through entrepreneurship-based experimental learning.  With BUILD, Blue helps ignite the potential of youth in under-resourced communities and equip them for high school, college and career success.

These are just a few reasons we chose Blue as one of Boston/New England’s 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
