Mattis partners with the existing 36-person retail team for various listings and accounts throughout Southern California

She has been awarded JLL Top Gun 2018, JLL Gold Achiever 2017, JLL Top Achiever 2016 and a CoStar Power Broker for 2015, 2016 and 2018

Shauna L. Mattis is executive vice president of JLL and has more than 20 years of experience in retail commercial brokerage. Mattis leads the company in client management and leasing services throughout Southern California.   

She serves as an advocate for her clients in identifying, negotiating and completion of new stores, relocations, expansions and renewals. Mattis is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential. Her strong knowledge of marketing, development and negotiations allows her to better assist clients on achieving overall asset goals through the implementation and execution of a strategic merchandising and leasing plan. Due to her vast experience, Mattis has developed and maintains strong retail relationships on national, regional and local levels. 

In addition to client management and leasing services, she is directly responsible for the supervision and training of the junior brokers within the retail platform.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
