Jessica Mauser is managing principal at Lee & Associates | East Bay. In addition to being an active retail and investment broker, Mauser holds a seat on the board of directors for Lee & Associates. She manages the operations of the Pleasanton office as the Broker of Record. Mauser is a leader within Lee & Associate nationally, actively participating as a president and as the West Coast lead for the retail specialty group.
In her 12-year history at Lee & Associates, she has built an extensive resume with an emphasis in retail and investment sales. She is experienced in site selection, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Her resume includes the representation of tenants and landlords in all sectors including industrial and office types. She has been active in the East Bay commercial real estate market since 2006.
