Fariba Atighehchi is the president and CEO of WPH Holdings. She is a second-generation investor and developer with more than 20 years of experience, having been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry. She has invested in and managed both commercial and residential multifamily.

Atighehchi has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of more than $400 million in real estate properties throughout Southern California. During the past 10 years, she has developed five successful housing projects in Los Angeles. Atighehchi currently owns a mix of eight market rate, multifamily and retail properties, which she also manages.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
