Alicia Vaz is chair of the litigation team at Cox Castle and is highly skilled and very experienced at litigation and dispute resolution in real estate conflicts. Alicia has represented property owners, market rate and affordable housing developers, contractors, landlords, property managers, lenders and REITs, and has extensive knowledge about all facets of the real estate business. In the past several years, Vaz has honed her expertise in litigation involving the LIHTC and affordable housing industry including Year 15 exit disputes between partners in affordable housing partnerships.
Alicia is also chair of the firm’s COVID taskforce and serves on several of the firm’s committees including chair of the diversity, equity and inclusion committee; chair of the recruiting committee and member of the management committee.
