Jessica Rosati
She and her teams have seen opportunities others have missed is a strategy employed in response to COVID for addressing recoverable expenses during 2020 when buildings were leased but not occupied
Rosati has a real sense of ownership with the assets that she manages and looks at them as her own buildings. Her goal is to maximize the value of each asset
Rosati is an active member of IREM and is a current CPM candidate
Jessica Rosati joined RiverRock Real Estate Group (RREG) in 2014 and is directly responsible for the property management team and client accounts of a 5.75-million-square-foot portfolio in Silicon Valley, comprised of approximately 60 percent commercial office, 20 percent flex/R&D and 20 percent retail.
Rosati demonstrated uncommon leadership this past year in a number of ways. In 2020, RREG expanded its managed portfolio in Silicon Valley by almost 5 percent, not including growth in the East Bay despite pandemic impacts. Derived from its work with existing and new clients, this growth speaks to the quality of service and leadership delivered by the RREG team to clients and tenants throughout the pandemic.
A priority for Rosati and her team was communicating with clients presenting solutions and ideas for how best to adapt building operations as well as educating tenants to adapt workplaces as COVID circumstances continually changed. This was an ongoing challenge, especially in the Bay Area, because regulations could differ across cities and counties.
