Simon/Anderson Multifamily Team Covers Washington State at Kidder Mathews
Executive Vice Presidents Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson are co-founders of the Simon/Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews. Based in Seattle, the team represents apartment investors, developers and landowners in the sale and purchase of apartment buildings and development land across the entire State of Washington. The 15-member team handles transactions ranging from $1 million to more than $100 million.
Collectively, the team has amassed a track record of more than 13,000 units sold, along with two million square feet of development land, for a transaction total exceeding $2 billion. Recent sales include the $7-million sale of The Francis, a 22-unit apartment community located in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood; Nordic Partners Investments’ acquisition of Monticello, a 107-unit apartment community located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, for an undisclosed sum; and a mixed-use apartment property in Wenatchee, WA that sold after just six days on the market.
The Simon/Anderson brokerage professionals are also regarded as authorities on the multifamily market in Washington State. The team issues quarterly Apartment Market Dynamics reports for Puget Sound and Eastern Washington and hosts quarterly Multifamily Investors Forum in-person events. They’re also sought out for insights by the Puget Sound Business Journal and other publications.
These are some of the reasons why the Simon/Anderson Multifamily Team was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Dealmakers of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
