THG Multifamily Advisors Founders Generate $12 Billion in Deals
THG Multifamily Advisors’ three founding partners, Kevin Green, Joseph Grabeic and Greg Harris, bring more than 70 years of combined multifamily investment sales experience consisting of over $12 billion in transactions and 900 deals.
THG provides investment sales, valuation and research, and development advisory services, with access to the broader Marcus & Millichap and IPA platforms and their institutional and private capital networks.
Harris, an executive managing director with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and the Marcus & Millichap Companies, has spent more than 30 years in Southern California multifamily investment sales. His honors include Los Angeles Business Journal Top Broker and CoStar Top Producer recognition.
Green has 20 years of real estate experience, focusing on private and institutional multifamily transactions. Green is a Southern California native who has built his career around navigating complex transactions and negotiating value for clients.
Grabiec is known for his analytical and financial expertise, market knowledge and strategic negotiating skills. He has been recognized by CoStar and has been active with the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Los Angeles Mission and Urban Land Institute.
