Cushman & Wakefield’s Pat Knowlton Delivers Results Across Colorado’s Multifamily Market
Pat Knowlton is an executive director with Cushman & Wakefield in Colorado Springs, specializing in multifamily investment properties throughout Colorado and New Mexico. His work encompasses both acquisitions and dispositions, helping clients navigate the region’s evolving multifamily investment landscape.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Knowlton spent five years as a partner at Capstone Apartment Partners, where he closed more than $350 million in transaction volume. His knowledge of local markets, combined with an extensive network of owners and investors, allows him to provide clients with detailed, on-the-ground market intelligence.
Beyond his transaction work, Knowlton’s community commitments include philanthropic involvement with Goodwill of Colorado, Springs Rescue Mission, the Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey Association, Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado and the Special Forces Foundation.
These are some of the reasons why Pat Knowlton was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
