Drew Fletcher Brings Owner, Operator and Capital Markets Expertise to Greystone
Drew Fletcher is president of Greystone Capital Advisors, where he leads a team that arranges debt and equity for institutional and private commercial real estate owners and developers.
Fletcher works with institutions, investors and borrowers and oversees financing across Greystone’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, CMBS, bridge, balance-sheet and special-situations lending platforms.
Before joining Greystone, he was chief financial officer of Edison Properties, where he oversaw financial matters for a diverse portfolio spanning multifamily, office, mixed-use, land holdings and self-storage properties hroughout the New York metropolitan area.
His industry influence also extends to affordable housing. Fletcher serves on the board of Greystone Housing Impact Investors, a publicly traded partnership that provides debt and equity financing for affordable and market-rate multifamily housing.
A member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Urban Land Institute, Fletcher also serves as a guest lecturer at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He holds degrees from Wake Forest University, NYU and Rutgers University.
Fletcher has been recognized by the Commercial Observer and has appeared on Ones to Watch lists from NYREJ. He has been recognized among Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity & Finance by GlobeSt and Real Estate Forum.
