Arcus Harbor Closes Multiple Multifamily and Retail Financing Transactions
The Arcus Harbor Real Estate Capital team includes Kristen Croxton, Greg Reed, Tina Quirin and Andrew Kwok. Together, the team handles complex financing transactions across all asset classes.
Notable deals in 2025 include securing $73.1 million in bridge financing from Lument for the acquisition of a 334-unit Build-to-Rent community in Phoenix. The three-year bridge loan included two one-year extension options.
The team also handled a $100 million fixed-rate, five-year, interest-only CMBS loan from Bank of America to refinance a 264,000-square-foot shopping center in Glendale, CA. The financing replaced a soon-to-mature $82 million securitized mortgage on the 99%-leased property.
The team holds executive positions within industry organizations, including CREW Orange County, the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, the National Multifamily Housing Council and ULI Orange County. The principals also contribute industry knowledge through podcasts, panels and market commentary.
Team members also received industry accolades from Connect CRE, Bisnow and GlobeSt.
These are some of the reasons why the Arcus Harbor Real Estate Capital team was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Dealmaker of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
