Jerome Fink Oversees Bascom’s Transactions and Financing
As co-founder and managing partner, Jerome A. Fink leads Bascom’s transactions team, overseeing acquisitions, financing, refinancing and dispositions. He also helped develop the firm’s acquisition process, from sourcing and due diligence through debt and equity financing, negotiations, closing and disposition analysis.
Since its mid-1990s launch, Bascom has completed more than $22.8 billion in multifamily value-add transactions, totaling more than 100,000 units. Fink’s leadership profile credits him with overseeing the acquisition and disposition of more than 157,000 units, representing more than $22.2 billion in transaction costs.
Fink has been named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Orange County, and he and his fellow Bascom founders received the University of Wisconsin School of Business Distinguished Business Alumni Award.
These are some of the reasons why Jerome Fink was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Investor/Owner of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
