Daniel Lippman Oversees JRK’s National Investment Platform
As JRK’s president, Daniel Lippman oversees the company’s national investment platform, including acquisitions, portfolio strategy and capital deployment across multifamily and hospitality.
Founded in 1991, JRK manages approximately $9 billion of assets across 26 states, including roughly 30,000 multifamily units and 10 hotels.
JRK deployed approximately $1.3 billion on multifamily acquisitions during the second half of 2025, including a $400-million purchase from Equity Residential of 803 apartments in Los Angeles, Seattle and Hoboken, N.J. Other acquisitions included the 364-unit Edge 1909 in Pittsburgh and more than 900 units across Southeast markets. Overall, JRK acquired nearly 3,400 units in 2025.
Lippman joined the family business after gaining institutional investment experience at Hudson Pacific Properties and Leonard Green & Partners, giving him exposure to both real estate and private equity investing outside JRK.
These are some of the reasons why Daniel Lippman was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Investor/Owner of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
